My deep interest for nature originate from my childhood. I was interested in watching animals and plants all the time. This is what led me to study biology on the first place, however art always played an important role in my life, too.

So first, I graduated as a biologist in Budapest, Hungary and then completed a PhD in neuroscience in Geneva, Switzerland. Studying biology and later working in research made me realise how much I enjoy doing small discoveries by careful observation. It also developed the need to visualize my impressions and findings on my own way. This and my passion for art made me to leave the academic career to study Scientific Visualisation in the  Zürich University of the Arts  and became an illustrator.

Now my aim is to combine my complex knowledge in biology with the graphical expertise and skills I gained, and create appealing illustrations and visualization both for scientists and for the greater public.
